KAOSWEAVER SUPPORT
Kaosweaver maintains a forum for all extension support issues. It is available at http://www.kaosweaver.com/bbs/ and it is the quickest way to get support on free extensions as well as search for solutions to your particular issue.
We offer email support for commercial extensions. We also take support emails for sending private URLs on development sites or with content that is questionable for any of our extensions. This is done via the Contact Us page, please ensure your email spam filters have our domain (kaosweaver.com) on the white list, if you don't get an email reply back from us, three reasons exist:
- We didn't get it. (our SPAM filter, server down, network problem, etc)
- You didn't get our reply (same as above)
- You sent an email for support on a free extension which is answered in the forum.
We're usually pretty good about a 24 hour turn around, if you've not heard back in 48 hours, most likely, one of the problems listed above occured and please send again. Also, check the news list on the home page, if we're unavailable for a period of time, it will be listed there (like traveling to a Dreamweaver conference, for instance)
